Why I started Triangle Life and Health
I watched my grandmother spend hours on the phone trying to figure out a Medicare plan that was supposed to be "the easy one." She didn't need a salesperson. She needed someone who'd sit with her and translate the fine print. So I became that person.
I've been a licensed insurance agent for 13 years and I've called Raleigh home for nearly 30. After more than a decade in this industry, I know exactly what frustrates people about it — the hold music, the pressure tactics, the agent who's really only contracted with one carrier and pretends they're "shopping for you."
